STUDI MINAT MASYARAKAT UNTUK MENGAMBIL KREDIT DI BANK JABAR DIBANDINGKAN DENGAN BANK  LAIN

ABSTRACT

Competition in the banking world today is very tight , especially in this era of globalization . All banking company in Indonesia try to offer a wide range of facilities and ease of transaction that is intended solely to satisfy the customer . Facility and ease given that not only the deployment of funds sector alone but as far back as in the case of credit , a lot of factors that cause people want to take credit in a particular bank . This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the decision of the public / consumers to take out loans in the Bank Jabar or in another bank . The study consisted of two variables: the attitude of the public to take the credit in the Bank of West Java and the attitude of society to take credit in another bank . Object of this research is PT Bank Jabar Branch Attack . The population used is the debtor and non- debtor PT Bank Jabar Branch Attacking with taking the sample of 100 respondents . Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing using factor analysis , diagrams snake , perception scores and confidence scores above interests . From the results of the analysis showed that the attitude of the public to take the credit in the Bank Jabar very large compared to the attitude of the public to take the credit in the Bank competitors are issuing similar types of loans . Based on the results of a questionnaire that was distributed to 100 ( one hundred ) of the respondents that the attitude of the public to take this credit be viewed from two sides of the KGB credit products ( Credit To Bhakti ) itself which consists of the loan principal , interest rate , loan period , assurance , provision of credit , insurance premiums and other credit - lainserta of the credit services consisting of the ease , speed , friendliness , comfort , safety , schedule and prize disbursement . The advantages of the factors that products and services that make people decide to take the credit in the Bank Jabar factors beyond salary is paid through Bank Jabar. From this study it can be seen the extent to which the product and service . Bank Jabar known to the public , and various improvements both in terms of the quality of products and services that should be further enhanced . For the management of Bank Jabar alone can make efforts in order to improve the quality of credit products and credit services by means of continuous training in order to improve the satisfaction of its customers.
