PERAN KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL TERHADAP PENINGKATAN EFEKTIVITAS COACHING

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this research is to study the existence of transformational leadership roles towards the increasing of coaching effectivity. The research is conducted at the private company in Merak Banten with 80 employees as respondance. The research method used is survey with causativeapproach, and be analyzed with path analysis. The research results notes that transformational leadership has a role towards the increasing of coaching effectiveness. Based on the results the company is expected to increase the quality of transformational leadership that is the leadership style of a company leader, so that the coaching can be implemented effectively and efficiently, as it is known that coaching is one of important variable that will provides a possitive influences to the increasing of employee work performance in the company. This research could be the basis for the human resources department to make a decision related to coaching in the effort to improve employee work performance.
