ABSTRACT

This study was conducted to determine the effect of the application aims, objectives and benefits of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) with emphasis on the principles/indicators such as GCG (Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility and Fairness), and Quality of Service (Physical Evidence, Reliability, Responsivenes, Assurance and Assurance, and Empathy). Which is positive and highly significant effect on the level of patient satisfaction. By using multiple regression analysis it can be concluded that the implementation of good corporate governance variables and Level of Service Quality on Patient Satisfaction X1 variable coefficient values obtained at 1.012 , the coefficient for the variable X2 Current Ratio of 0.541 , and Y variables with a significance value of 1.750 ( P Value ) of 0.707 > 0.05 . While the magnitude of the coefficient of determination R2 ( R Square ) produced 0.885 or 88.5 %, which means the application of good corporate governance and the level of Quality of Service is able to provide an explanation to the patient satisfaction in hospitals RSUD of Serang of 88.5 % , while 11.5 % influenced by factors others are not examined in this study. So it, can be concluded Implementation of Good Corporate Governance and Level of Service Quality has a significant influence on patient satisfaction in hospitals RSUD of Serang
